This weekend, I find myself happily immersed in the thrill of drifting around corners in Arcade Archives: Ridge Racer (https://www.pushsquare.com/games/ps5/arcadearchives2ridgeracer). In addition to that, I’ve also pulled out my trusty old disc to relive the nostalgia by playing the original PS1 version, which brings back so many memories.

I’m excited to dive into the latest offerings from PS Plus (https://www.pushsquare.com/tags/ps-plus), specifically Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed (https://www.pushsquare.com/games/ps5/disneyepicmickey_rebrushed). I had such a great time playing this game on the Wii, and I can’t wait to see how it looks with enhanced graphics on the newer platform.

Transitioning to a new game after completing an expansive RPG can be quite the challenge. However, now that I’ve wrapped up Trails Beyond the Horizon (https://www.pushsquare.com/games/ps5/trailsbeyondthehorizon), I’m ready to explore new adventures. I’m considering Yakuza Kiwami 2 (https://www.pushsquare.com/games/ps5/yakuzakiwami_2) as a potential choice before the release of Kiwami 3, which also gives me a chance to experience the smooth gameplay of the 60fps PS5 version.

I had initially planned to start Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown (https://www.pushsquare.com/games/ps4/acecombat7skiesunknown), but I recently discovered that I received a remastered version of Ace Combat 5: Squadron Leader (https://www.pushsquare.com/games/ps1/acecombat2) around the same time. So, I decided to dive into that instead! AC5 was my gateway into the series, and revisiting it has been an absolute blast.
